Course Summary & Future

What have we learned so far?

  • What YOU can do about insane gas prices
  • Basic Principles of Water, Hydrogen and Oxygen
  • Is it possible to generate Free Energy in YOUR car/truck?
  • How much you can save – and how
  • We looked at a simple & affordable system
  • Does it work? Is it dangerous?
  • Engine and computer modifications not required
  • Costs & Maintenance
  • Warranty protection.

What we did NOT learn: Gas Saving Techniques!

After extensive of research, I have come to the conclusion that Water4Gas technology would not be complete without GST's - Gas Saving Techniques. I collected many ideas and claims, then set forward to TEST each one. My concern was: what GST works WITH WATER4GAS, and what doesn't.

The result of my experimentation was a long list of techniques, formulas and tips on how to use Water4Gas technology to MAXIMIZE GAS ECONOMY. All the successful GST's are detailed in my second book titled "How to Save Tons of Fuel With Your Hydrogen-On-Demand System".

Where to get parts

Inside each device's replication chapter (for example "Replicating The Electrolyzer") you will find a list of parts needed to make that specific device.

With the e-books you will find links to a COMPLETE LIST of parts, all in one place and with SHIPPING COSTS calculated; even with space for inventory control. You're going to get the logistics data ("logistics" means calculation and control of supplies, shipping, etc.) for manufacturing of kits, devices and systems.

The data comes as a large spreadsheet (calculation table), see picture >>>

You'll also get a FREE software that opens this spreadsheet.

Where to get ready-made systems

Once you place your order for the books you will be able to do one or both of the following:

  1. Learn how to build this system yourself,

  2. Have one of our friends around the world build a COMPLETE READY-TO-INSTALL SYSTEM for you.

You will get access to our readers-only marketplace where you can shop between great offers as low as $45 for the Electrolyzer (HHO Generator)! The marketplace is organized by country & state, category and price range, to help you find a seller or installer near you - and within your budget!

The reasons you're required to purchase the e-books in order to access the vendors list: the e-books are VITAL - we found out that owning a system in a box is not enough to get results - which would give our technology a bad name.

I don’t want you to be frustrated with your technology. I want you to have all the benefits it can give you, so you can be very happy with it. You definitely need the education provided in these e-books - and that's why we have bundled them together with the Marketplace access. However the Marketplace is a free service to our readers! To keep prices down and enable fast growth, we do NOT take any fees from buyers OR sellers in the Marketplace.

With this arrangement, you can enjoy both the comfort of shopping between many offers and finding the one that's best for you, as well as enjoying the full benefits of our technology.

Where to find installers

In the same marketplace described above, there is a list of installers. However here's my friendly advice to you: if your city is not listed, don't run far. Do the following:
  1. Go to YOUR mechanic. He knows you, he knows your car or truck.
  2. Give him the installation chapter and ask him to do the installation for you.
  3. You'll usually find out: once the mechanic sees how simple is the installation and he sees that the instructions are all laid out with many photos and diagrams, he will probably be glad to learn a new system and do this for you.
  4. Cost of installation usually run $100, but depend on the complexity of the car or truck. Trucks installations are sometimes simpler because there is more hood under the hood.
  5. In case any maintenance is required, it would be easier for you to go to your local mechanic for future service.

Where does this lead?

We MUST think of others, our children, and our future generations. We MUST carefully consider whether our choices will have a negative impact upon them. If we do not, then we are no better than those that are raping us with our energy addiction. We really need to break free of the selfish mindsets that put our wants and desires ahead of others well-being.

~Bob Boyce, June 2007

Bill Lang of Gulf Laboratories, the original developers of
Water4Gas technology, says: "The period of suppression is OVER!" and he then quotes Tesla saying:

To an extent this long period of unproductiveness can be explained. Learning was the privilege of a few and all information was jealously guarded. Communication was difficult and slow and a mutual understanding between widely separated investigators hard to reach.”

~Nicholas Tesla: The Fairy Tale Of Electricity, 1915

The advent of the Internet has made this technology unstoppable. Also I must tell you that competition is GOOD, actually VERY GOOD for all of us. That's because the academic institutions and auto makers alike have been feeding us false information. We were led to believe that using water for energy was impossible. Now the secret is out - it is (1) very possible, and (2) it is Public Domain, which means you own this technology and can drive it right now without waiting and without paying extortionate fees to anybody.

Bottom line: change is inevitable. We're going to see many more small and large manufacturers, installers in every city, and many 1000's of drivers and fleet managers exchanging notes and supporting each other in the quest for cheaper energy.

I expect the biggest and fastest change to come from the truckers - that's why I started Water4Gas4Trucks after the fabulous success of Carter Blankenship III from Blankenship Trucking. You have to realize how strong is the GROUP DYNAMIC between truckers - they are going to spread the word faster than wildfire, for the benefit of truckers and car drivers as well.

Parts , Costs and Maintenance

System Parts

NOTE: Water4Gas is a book seller, not a manufacturer of systems. However we have collected a lot of knowledge, and have recommended a typical system. This means that our independent manufacturers got a recommendation from us BUT THEY ARE STILL FREE TO CREATE THEY OWN VERSIONS AND COMBINATIONS.

What's in the RECOMMENDED SYSTEM

Below you will find detailed descriptions and photographs of our core system. It actually comprises FIVE systems so you have to realize when you look at the big picture that not all the parts are necessarily used in one installation, or all at once. There are five combinations and they will be explained one by one throughout the book.

You can build this system, every part of it, yourself and with simple tools. This book will take you by the hand and show you step-by-step how to do it.

If on the other hand you cannot afford the time to collect items and build it yourself, you have access to the Water4Gas Free Marketplace – go shopping for a ready-made system. Access to “The Free Marketplace” will be given to you via the e-books download page, after you order my e-books.

You will still need my e-book for maintenance and for extracting optimum economy out of your system. However the Water4Gas Free Marketplace is a great service for busy or non-technical experimenters, who just need a system in order to save fuel and reduce air pollution.

Since there could be various versions of the system, let's call it some generic name, like “TYPICAL SYSTEM” or “Recommended System”, or as we used to call it in 2006- 2007, “PAK” or Practical Application Kit. Basically we're talking about a Do-It-Yourself version of Hydrogen-On-Demand technology, and this book describes the system that Bill Lang (Gulf Laboratories, Florida) has developed and I have further refined into this book and the free manufacturing data.

By creating a universal standard, we both made it into an easy-to-follow path. So take this as a path to follow, as much as you can. If for instance the electrical fuse is not available in your country or state, so be it, use an equivalent component. This book should be your guideline, but not your Holy Bible. Feel free to change and adapt as necessary.

However, there are certain MANDATORY precautions and safety measures, such as the length of hose, the type of metal used and other factors that MUST be kept for your safety and the safety of the user – read this book carefully before you decide to make changes! What seems like a “small” change to you, MAY BE CRITICAL to the safety or workability of the technology. Study first, change later!

The chapter “Replicating The Electrolyzer” and the other replication chapters in this book show and describe the exact parts, catalog numbers and procedures to make this system.

The photo below shows the typical contents of our recommended system. However, each manufacturer around the world may develop their own version based on local needs and availability of hardware.

We sometimes call it Practical Application Kit (PAK) because it is an entire set of hardware to install and experiment waterfuel technology in your car – with which you can SEE and FEEL the benefits of the technology. You'll be participating in the development of future free energy.

We don’t have access to all the car models that have ever been mass-produced, not to mention kit cars and special modifications. So by experimenting and feedbacking you’re helping us to enlarge our knowledge base – and the knowledge base of water-to-energy owned collectively by Mankind. Any input you feed back to us from your experience would be collected, analyzed and released for the benefit of all Water4Gas readers. (FEEDBACK IS VOLUNTARY! You don't have to share your knowledge.)

In short, the kit is aimed to help you with practical application of this technology in YOUR own car - for the benefit of yourself and your environment. Again, you can make it yourself cheaply and easily – or shop for a ready made kit in “The Free Marketplace”.

TYPICAL KIT?

The list below describes the TYPICAL kit, which means it is the list recommended by Water4Gas based on our experience and the numerous feedbacks we have received so far. But when you build one, or shop for one, there could be differences depending on who made them and where. The typical kit comprises the following:

  1. Two quart-size highly durable glass jars (durable plastic option will be given later). We’ve never seen any of these jars break or crack, in thousands of miles of day-to-day road tests. (There were two incidents that the U.S. Postal Service broke jars even though they were marked “Fragile” and wrapped well, so give them an extra good wrap before shipping.)

  2. Converted jar lid (made of durable white plastic) with electrodes, valves, wiring terminals, etc. This is a very unique design, with SPIRALED electrodes rather than flat ones. Due to the magnetic forces created by the spirals, this design produces MORE HHO - for LESS current drawn out of the car's battery. This is your Electrolyzer.

  3. Another converted jar lid (metallic or plastic) that makes your Vaporizer.

  4. MAP Sensor Enhancer – a must have for great fuel economy.

  5. Fuel Heater: pre-heats your gasoline for better gas economy, a great companion to your Hydrogen-On-Demand system.

  6. PCV Enhancer: another companion to your Hydrogen-On-Demand system that improves the PCV function, protects your engine and saves gas.

  7. Fuse holder + installation wiring with ready-to-hook-terminals. Plus quick splice connectors for easy electrical installation. Plus flex protective tubing.

  8. Vacuum line T-connector. Helps you hook up the Electrolyzer or Vaporizer to the Intake Manifold of the car.

  9. Two vacuum line hoses, 3.5 feet each. (DO NOT CUT THOSE ANY SHORTER, IT'S ONE OF THE SAFETY FEATURES IN THE SYSTEM!)

  10. Installation hardware: Bungee cords and cable straps.

  11. Catalyst (sometimes called “Electrolyte” but actually the electrolyte is the correct term for the catalyst PLUS water) – this is the very SAFE household Baking Soda: the typical kit should have a bag of catalyst to get you started. It completes the kit to be ‘Just Add Water.’ The electrolyte is what helps the electricity separate water into HHO. Distilled water alone does not conduct electricity so nothing would happen without this Electrolyte.

The typical bag is 3.8 oz and is enough for 6-10 months of normal driving, and more can be obtained cheaply at almost any grocery store in the world.

Basically everything you need to successfully install, operate and tune your very own Water4Gas system – “Just Add Water!”

FIVE SYSTEMS IN ONE

Different combinations of the hardware described makes for five different systems, or applications of Hydrogen technology:

  1. HHO/BROWN'S GAS GENERATOR (people call it "Hydrogen Generator" but as I said HHO is more powerful), consisting of the Electrolyzer, wiring harness, hoses and installation accessories. Works with Pure Baking Soda (provided) in distilled water. Will boost performance in all cars. So far has boosted MPG by as much as 70%, but more realistically 25%-50% expected.

  1. WATER VAPOR BOOSTER, consisting of the Vaporizer, hoses and installation accessories. Works with tap water. Not as powerful as system #1 but can still boost performance in any cars by 10-15%. Very simple, easy to replicate.

  2. CHARGED WATER SYSTEM, a unique invention making use of BOTH JARS with distilled water, Pure Baking Soda as well as tap water and hydrogen peroxide (cheap non-hazardous liquid from your drugstore or dollar store). Instructions will be given to you, and you will find this system very interesting. You will need to add a small aquarium pump and cellphone charger. This revolutionary use of this simple everyday hardware has made several cars improve fuel economy by 50%-72%. Works best in cars 1995 and older.

  3. ADVANCED HHO BOOSTING SYSTEM. This system is the best of the best and consists of the Electrolyzer (with the wiring harness, hoses and installation accessories), enhanced by the PCV Enhancer, Fuel Heater and above all MAP Sensor Enhancer (all provided, see photo above). Works with Pure Baking Soda (provided) in distilled water. Works best in newer cars (1996 and newer). So far has boosted MPG by 59%.

  4. HEALTHY DRINKING WATER MAKER, a unique use of BOTH JARS with distilled water, Pure Baking Soda as well as filtered water (no hydrogen peroxide). You will need to add a small aquarium pump and cellphone charger. Unique system, rivals drinking water chargers costing as much as $5900.

Other systems

SMALLER SYSTEMS SELL ON THE INTERNET FOR $900-$1,200 - AND THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY! BUT FOR YOU THE PROBLEM IS THIS: THESE MERCHANTS WILL NOT TELL YOU HOW TO REPLICATE THEIR "SECRET" SYSTEM, AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SHARE THE "SECRETS" WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND CLIENTS. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE FAMILY, A COMMUNITY OR COMPANY - YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND MANY $1000'S - AND IT WILL BE YEARS BEFORE YOU CAN REAP THE BENEFITS OF FUEL SAVINGS. WHY NOT ENJOY THIS TECHNOLOGY RIGHT NOW? WELL NOW YOU CAN SAVE MONEY WITHOUT WAITING - AND THAT'S WHAT I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU TODAY: (1) ALL THE INFORMATION - NO SECRETS HELD, and (2) AFFORDABLE DO-IT-YOURSELF SO YOU CAN START RIGHT NOW.
WHAT YOU ARE GETTING HERE IS THE FIRST NO-SECRETS GUIDE FOR DO-IT-YOURSELF WATER FUEL SYSTEM!!! PLUS A LIST OF DISCOUNTED MANUFACTURERS AND INSTALLERS (IN CASE YOU WANT TO BUY A SYSTEM). Frankly, I have not seen any competition to this, anywhere in the world.

Here is one system that would cost, after shipping and installation, over $12,500. I don't even want to think about insurance and maintenance costs for such a system...according to my calculation it would take many years of driving, to cover the costs in a small vehicle. I'm not saying it's a bad system, I just wanted to show you the upper end of the market, and how costly it gets up there:

Costs & Maintenance

Most parts of Water4Gas technology are maintenance-free or low maintenance. The major parts of maintenance for the ELECTROLYZER system are:
  • Fresh distilled water every 2-3 weeks, or about every 1000 miles.
  • A few teaspoons of Baking Soda per month, which will cost pennies.
  • Wash the jar and clean the electrodes with a toothbrush, once a month.
  • Once in 6-12 months you may need to replace the Anode (positive electrodes), which should cost about $2-3.
Let's compare the overall balance of initial costs, maintenance - and what is included. We are comparing Water4Gas to other alternatives on the market today:

Our math is based on our extensive road tests but may vary for you depending on car or truck model, weather, driving conditions, altitude, etc.

And with gas prices fluctuating like crazy, we can never be totally accurate. In fact our calculations may be off by 25% or more. Yet the H-U-G-E differences in the bottom line you see below will give you a clear idea of which one you want to have - and how much you are risking:

Computer Problems

When we say the word “computer” in reference to the fuel and emissions control system, we're generally referring to the ECU (Environmental Control Unit), sometimes called ECM (Emission Control Module). It is also sometimes called the PCM or other names. So we may be using the word computer and ECU interchangeably, although some cars have more than one computer. The ECU is what we're interested in when it comes to saving energy.

Electrolyzer not enough!

Here's the problem we're trying to solve here: let's say you have a Hydrogen-On-Demand system under the hood. We're adding oxygen into the mixture of gasoline and air, right? So far it's obvious. Now what happens is the the Oxygen Sensor in the exhaust pipe senses the extra oxygen. Then the ECU, according to its pre-programming, reacts by adding more gasoline into the fuel injectors. What for? This is pure waste and definitely not good for the environment because the engine already has the energy it needs and even more.

Why?

We're using what some people refer to as “watergas technology”.

Electrolyzers, water vaporizers, water injectors, hydrogen generators of all sorts. As far as I know everybody in the industry shares the same problem on modern computerized cars, and here's a typical story:

Somebody installs a device and enjoys better fuel economy for a few days. Then after maybe half a tank or so, he calls or emails the developer and says: “Hey listen – your device stopped working – I'm losing mileage. I can see the bubbles coming out and all, but the performance has dropped!! I am losing the gains I had!” You know what it means when somebody is losing gains he's already got? It means there is some freaking suppression on the

area! It needs to be detected and removed, either by handling or by disconnecting from the source of suppression. Same here. Now let's get purely technical and examine what happens.

You have enriched your car with something fantastic – water power of some sort. Hydrogen, water vapor, or both. As your computer senses a richer fuel it then reduces the amount of fuel being consumed, because you’re already running rich. So far so good because you don’t need as much fuel as before.

Now the problem shows its ugly face when we discover that the computer

– your vehicle's computer – has been pre-designed to protect the vested interest of those who would like to see you waste fuel like crazy. While pretending to be your friends.

This is an unproven theory of course, but your computer figures out that we've been enforcing fuel economy for a while and it says: “Wait a minute - somebody is probably doing something fishy here” - and it switches your car into “Limp Home” mode which means, between other things, a constant-rich (wasteful) mixture.

What just happened? You’ve been enjoying good fuel economy for a while, but all of a sudden your gains are dropping and in some cases even going negative. That is, worse than before the installation. You computer has said: “Sorry buddy, we've just caught you cheating and we can’t allow that.”

Here comes the counter-measure. Several inventions exist to lean the usage of gasoline back to where it was before you've lost gains, and in most cases even much better. The invention we're presenting here is not the only one, but is among the simplest.

We’re going to use this invention to change the set points so that the computer is still active in “closed circuit” or “closed loop” mode. That is, it still senses the car's performance and it still controls the consumption of fuel as needed every little moment of driving – but the difference is that now we have totally changed the set points in your favor!

Now you are going to enjoy the mileage gains and you'll get to KEEP THEM for a very long period of time.

For this reason, we must trick the computer to sense less oxygen, or otherwise change the formula that it uses to calculate how much fuel should be sent to the engine.

What if my vehicle doesn't even have a computer??

If your car does not have a computer, and in many diesel application as well, the vehicle may adapt its fuel consumption automatically. THIS HAPPENS SIMPLY BY NOT NEEDING TO PRESS THE GAS PEDAL SO FAR DOWN, so less fuel is being used.

However in many modern vehicles, the computer is designed to run the engine on a too-rich mixture. By "mixture" we mean the mixture of fuel and air being fed into the engine. We speak about air-to-fuel ratio, which simply means the ratio between the amount of air flowing into the air intake of the engine, and the gasoline or diesel fuel being mixed with that air. It is a common thought between mechanics that there is some ideal ratio. However in the water-fuel industry (such as Water4Gas) we find that these ideas have to be re-adapted to a new reality: WITH HYDROGEN BEING FED INTO THE ENGINE AS WELL AS REGULAR FUEL, t he ratios can be very different - in the direction we want - which is less fuel (costly stuff) and more air (free stuff).

"Rich" mixture means that there is more fuel in the mixture, and "lean" means a mixture with LESS fuel and more air. We want to "lean" the mixture. And now we can.

Now back to the question of "What if my vehicle doesn't even have a computer?" - well the answer is that it does not matter. Even if the engine is designed in such a way that considerable amount of fuel is being saved automatically, it is still desirable to lean the mixture further down, to maximize fuel economy.

We're not going to discuss everything about it. I just wanted you to understand the principle: less gasoline or diesel fuel, more air, that's what we want. And there are many ways to do this, depending on the vehicle. Below we'll touch only the typical fuel-injection system.

Computer Problems & Solutions

As I said we'll concentrate on the Oxygen Sensor (also called O2 Sensor) but that's not the whole story. It's just a very common story.

A low-cost and simple method of dealing with the Oxygen Sensor is to somewhat block its ability to sense oxygen. To understand how this method works, let's get familiar with the main parts of the typical Oxygen Sensor:

The Oxygen Sensor is installed in the exhaust pipe near the engine and “senses” oxygen flowing a wheelthrough the exhaust pipe by comparing temperatures of its inner part (Sensor Tip) to the temperature of outside air.

This description is far from being accurate or complete, but we're not going to go into great scientific details. If you want to understand more about these sensors, visit http://www.aa1car.com/library/o2sensor.htm

The goal is to fool the fuel injection computer into sense MORE OXYGEN than before, thus signaling the computer: “The mixture is too lean!

The computer then compensates with a leaner mixture and possibly a slight advance in timing. This result is smoother engine operation and much better MPG.

ALTERNATIVE ENHANCER

A recent addition, the enhancer shown below worked much better (depending on the vehicle) than the O2 Sensor method. Let me start with a limiter: THIS DEVICE IS EXPERIMENTAL but HAS WORKED GREAT ON MANY VEHICLES INCLUDING MY OWN. While driving at 55 MPH I have dialed the MPG gauge up by as much as 77% just by turning one knob way down. The latest test results have averaged 59%.

HOW DOES THE MAP SENSOR WORK?

The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor signal is electrically used in a similar way to the use of Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor signal (although internally it is built differently). It takes a 5 volt signal from the computer, and returns a lower direct current signal in ac cordance with the vacuum in the engine. A higher output voltage means lower engine vacuum, which is then calculated as “more fuel is needed”. Lower output signal indicates higher engine vacuum, which requires less fuel.

It's not just fuel control though. The MAP senor signal gives the computer a dynamic indication of engine load. The computer then uses this data to control not only fuel injection, but also gear shift and cylinder ignition timing. In some cases it is even used to calculate changes in barometric pressure, to automatically adjust for different altitudes.

HOW DOES THE MAP SENSOR ENHANCER WORK?

The invention we're talking about here is a simple play with resistors. A resistor is a little piece of carbon that somewhat blocks electrical current. Higher value means it resists more. The potentiometer (“pot” for short) is a resistor, a variable resistor, which varies its value by turning the knob. But it is still only a resistor.

The MAP or Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor is a little but expensive device installed in your intake manifold, or installed on the firewall and connected to the manifold with a thin hose. It has 5 Volts or 12 Volts coming in, and it simply senses the vacuum in the manifold and attenuates (reduces, weakens) this incoming voltage by a certain factor. In other words it reduces the supply voltage to a direct-current voltage in the range of 15% to 60% of the supply voltage (depending on the car's design these numbers will vary), and this varying (but non-pulsing) signal is then sent back to the computer.

The arrangement of resistors simply takes this already attenuated (reduced, weakened) signal – and attenuates it further. Too much attenuation kills the engine, it will simply shut off. Yet if you control it correctly you can lean down the mixture from the stoichiometric (a big word that simply means “balance of ingredients”) which is factory set at 14.7:1 (14.7 parts of air to 1 part gasoline) – down to 20:1, maybe even 50:1 or 100:1.

My e-books show you how to build this device for less than $10, and how to tune it for best mileage. Since I published my design in 2007, many have started to build and market this device for $60 or so. However every one of my readers can not only learn to make them, but also is allowed to sell freely as many as he wants. There are no Patents to restrict your free use of this knowledge.

The Electrolyzer

The simplest Electrolyzer (Hydrogen Generator) in the world

The simplest Electrolyzer (Hydrogen Generator) in the world

The Electrolyzer is the heart of the Water4Gas system, that generates Hydrogen-Oxygen gas (HHO or Brown's Gas) and cools down the engine. Let's get familiar with its parts:

I'm not going to get into all the technical details. They are all in my books: where to find the parts for cheap, how to put them together, how to install, how to troubleshoot and maintain, etc. What I want to tell you is that there is no other Electrolyzer in existence today that can be made totally by hand from very low cost materials.

It's the genius of Bill Lang from Gulf Laboratories, Florida, that developed it; it was his work to raise the basic design from the dead and adapt it to modern hardware. I made small improvements here and there, but my main contribution was to document the exact sources, steps and procedures - so now everybody in the world can have it too.

Does it really work? Show me!

Water4Gas is very simple. You don't change your engine or computer. A quart-size (95O cc) container is placed somewhere under the hood. You fill it with DISTILLED WATER and a little bit of BAKING SODA. The device gets vacuum and electricity (12 Volts) from the engine, and produces HHO gas (Hydrogen+Oxygen) as shown in the video below.

The HHO gas that you see being generated, is supplied to the engine's intake manifold or carburetor. Our design is simple, effective and safe. Don't worry if it sounds complicated or you have questions, because you will get full instructions and diagrams that make it simple and clear.

Why is this better?

  1. Simplest possible design.
  2. The wire design is not only SIMPLE, it also produces more HHO for less electrical current. Why? Because the coil (spiral) creates a magnetic vortex (rotating magnetic field) that helps split the water.
  3. Can be done by anyone with basic technical skills.
  4. No need for expensive tools or a large workshop, can be assembled on a little table with a pair of pliers.
  5. Low cost to build, low maintenance costs.
  6. Easy to install in the vehicle.
  7. Designed to be easily chained to a multi-cell (several Electrolyzers hooked together for much better efficiency). This feature is gaining great popularity around the world, see below pictures from the UK (4 Electrolyzers) and the USA (6 Electrolyzers on a big semi truck):
    UK USA
  8. The only design that is both commercial, meaning that it is mass produced by many for making a living, as well as open-source and public domain so YOU can do do it too without paying any fees to anybody. For the first time, a successful Hydrogen-On-Demand design that is by the people - for the people. More on that in Day 7 of this course!

Is it dangerous?

Very dangerous - but only if you do stupid things! Hydrogen, any system using hydrogen as fuel, is not a toy! I've had people trying to ignite the hydrogen for fun...oh boy!!! They just wanted to see if it would ignite... Of course it will, dummies! Hydrogen ignites if you put a match to it, and then its flame runs at 3.5 Mach! Nothing you want chasing after you, man.

Throughout the books I have placed more than enough precaution notes, for every area that may harm you or damage the vehicle. Even when it came to toxic glues, I placed prominent warnings that you just cannot miss.

That said, Hydrogen-On-Demand technology is NOT more dangerous than the usual automotive technologies involving fuel, cooling, etc. For instance we all know that the radiator is essential to cool down the engine, and without it the car will go up in smoke. However if you open the radiator cap when hot, you're going to get hurt, is that right? The danger is not in the radiator, the danger is in ignorance and carelessness. There are safety rules and they are quite simple, but you have to know them and apply them.

If you follow the rules AS I HAVE WRITTEN THEM FOR YOU, you should not be harmed. I demonstrate my system to people almost every day and it is totally safe because I follow the rules. I never had a fire, explosion or meltdown. Follow my footsteps for maximum safety!

Let me give you a real example: in the installation chapter you will see that you MUST keep the output hose at least 4 feet long, to prevent fire hazard. Don't cut it short even if the device is closer than 4 ft. Maybe this "wastes" a dollar or two, but saves a lot of trouble! Every such precaution is highlighted in the book so you cannot miss them.

Bottom line: Hydrogen-On-Demand means that we are not storing Hydrogen! In normal operation we're using all the Hydrogen that we're producing, immediately. There is no Hydrogen storage tank to explode in case of an accident. MUCH SAFER THAN HYDROGEN CARS OR PROPANE/NATURAL GAS VEHICLES in my humble opinion.

But isn't it dangerous to use glass jars?

No danger that I know of. I have never seen any of the glass jars crack or break. One Friday afternoon I was cleaning my 6 jars from the Toyota. All 6 jars were already cleaned thus almost invisible, standing in line at the curb. My neighbor didn't see them and backed her car right on top of them. They were thrown to the road with great noise. I thought to myself: "Now THIS is damage!"

But when I picked the jars up from under her wheels, none of them was cracked, chipped or damaged in any way! Not a scratch!

However if you are concerned about using glass, a VERY durable plastic substitute is provided in the book. Not a cookie jar or any other food container - do not use cheap plastic containers because I have seen them melt in less than 10 minutes of operation.

Simple and Affordable Sysytem

Do you want the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM you need to start SAVING FUEL in your car or truck? Here is what you need:

  1. The Electrolyzer produces Brown's Gas: Hydrogen & Oxygen for your engine,
  2. The MAP Sensor Enhancer tunes your computer to maximum fuel economy.

  3. Fuel Additives from the hardware store, not from the autoparts supply store.

You will find that these devices are very powerful, but also that each device is simple enough to build in a couple of hours from low-cost hardware. Once you have these "appetizers" in action, and you feel the power of this technology to save fuel in your car or truck, I'm sure you will get the appetite to check out the rest of the technology revealed to you. It will actually be a good idea if you start with this minimum and then grow your Hydrogen-On-Demand system in several easy phases.

In Water4Gas e-books each device is described in its own separate chapter, so it is easy to pick and choose what you need and want. You will find all the knowledge you need to successfully install, operate and fine-tune your Water4Gas system for maximum fuel economy.

1. Electrolyzer

hhoThe Water4Gas Electrolyzer (some call it "Hydrogen Generator") is Bill Lang's unique design. It has SPIRAL electrodes rather than plates, thus producing MORE HHO - for LESS energy from the battery. Contained in a quart-size highly durable jar. Looks fragile but it's not! We've never seen any of these jars break or crack, in thousands of miles of day-to-day road tests and I'm still using the same jar from 2006. TOMORROW WE'LL DISCUSS AND DEMONSTRATE THIS PART IN DETAIL.

A "Vaporizer", however, is NOT an Electrolyzer. It does not have the metal electrodes. It's just a jar for water and a bubbler - it adds water vapor to the engine to cool it down, improves combustion and somewhat improve fuel economy (depending on the engine and fuel control system). Also serves as part of the "charged water system" that you will learn about in Water4Gas e-books.

1The Vaporizer shown to the right is a technology some 85 years old - we have official US patents from the 1920’s describing this technology as the common knowledge of those days! The device simply adds water vapor to the normal mixture of gasoline and air, and has most of the benefits of its bigger brother, the HHO device.

Some say it has its origins in the fog of WW II, where it is said to have been used on U.S. aircrafts during that war. One story has it that as pilots flew their aircraft close to the surface of the water, they noticed a dramatic increase in the power and performance of their engines. For reasons that remain obscure, this technology has never reached the public.

What we have done is researched today’s technology and SIMPLIFIED the technology using readily available parts and materials, to bring you devices that are both very simple, very affordable and at the same time very POWERFUL. Our development also makes it easy for you to use, maintain and even duplicate our Water4Gas technology if you choose to.

2. Fuel Heater

The Fuel Heater pre-heats your gasoline for better gas economy, using only energy from the radiator that gets wasted otherwise. Absolutely NO modifications done to the radiator or its hoses!

3. Low-Cost Additives

Several formulas are given in my books, mainly based on Xylene (Xylol) (some with optional Acetone). Xylene can be obtained cheaply from hardware stores (paint department) and helps to atomize the fuel so it can be broken easily into smaller particles. This enhances combustion and saves much more money than it costs.

ADDITIONAL ADD-ON DEVICES

A) MAP Sensor Enhancer: this electronic device that reduces fuel consumption without modifying the engine or the computer – an absolute must have for great fuel economy! MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS DEVICE IN DAY 5 OF THIS COURSE.

B) PCV Enhancer: another great companion to your hydrogen system that improves the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) function, protects your engine and saves gas.

C) Mechanical and electrical installation hardware:

  • Fuse holder + wiring. Connect to the 12 volts.
  • Vacuum T-connector: helps you splice the vacuum line for feeding the hydrogen and oxygen into the engine. Not necessary for diesels due to the lack of vacuum.
  • Two vacuum hoses, 3.5 feet each.
  • Bungee cords, 8" cable straps (for Electrolyzer), 11" cable straps (for Fuel Heater), flex tubing (to protect the wiring harness). For some systems you'll also need 1/4" vinyl tubing.
  • Catalyst: household Baking Soda - totally safe catalyst! "Catalyst" means a substance that helps the electricity separate water into HHO. Distilled water alone does not conduct electricity so nothing would happen without this material. Can be obtained cheaply at your grocery store.

4. Engine Modifications???

Water4Gas requires no modifications to the engine, computer or fuel injection systems, therefore any backyard mechanic can install it easily.

BASIC PRINCIPLES - Water-Hydrogen-Oxygen

Water has the chemical structure of two parts Hydrogen, one part Oxygen. This means that each molecule of water has two Hydrogen atoms and one Oxygen atom. Now, this is important only to the point that we're now going to SPLIT it into Hydrogen gas - and Oxygen gas. We want two gases, out of water. How can that be done, effectively? The simplest process is called "electrolysis" - Water4Gas.

Electrolysis means "electric-splitting". It involves the passage of an electric current through, in general, a substance that is either molten or dissolved in an aqueous solution (water with a substance dissolved in it). In our appication of this principle, the liquid is Bi-sodium Carbonate (pure Baking Soda) in distilled water. This electrical current results in a chemical reactions at the electrodes. The negative electrode is called the cathode, and the positive electrode is the anode.

An electrical current is applied between a pair of electrodes immersed in a liquid solution. Each electrode attracts ions (electrically charged particles) that are of the opposite charge. In other words, positively-charged ions (Hydrogen) move towards the cathode, while negatively-charged ions (Oxygen) move toward the anode. The energy required to separate the particles, and cause them to gather at the respective electrodes, is provided by an electrical power supply such as a battery or alternator.

WikiPedia offers a diagram demonstrating this principle IN THE LAB (not in a vehicle):

Electrolysis

The amount of electrical energy that must be added doesn't have to be great, but at the end of the process, some energy is always lost. I mean, if we try to extract energy DIRECTLY out of the resulting Hydrogen and Oxygen, we're going to gain nothing due to the heat losses and electrical losses.

Some energy is released in the form of heat, which, in the case of electrolyzing water, will create some water steam or vapor - but not useful energy. In some cases, for instance, in the electrolysis of steam into hydrogen and oxygen at high temperature, the opposite is true. Heat is absorbed from the surroundings, and the heating value of the produced hydrogen is higher than

the electric input. It is worth noting that the maximum theoretic efficiency of a fuel cell is the inverse of that of electrolysis. Therefore it's impossible to create a perpetual motion machine by combining the two processes.

A higher current flow (amperage) through the cell (Electrolyzer) means it will be passing more electrons through it at any given time. This means a faster rate of Hydrogen pull at the cathode and a faster rate of Oxygen pull at the anode. This creates higher production of Hydrogen and Oxygen per minute.

Electrolysis of water can be observed by passing direct current from a
battery or other DC power supply through a cup of water (in practice a saltwater solution increases the reaction

intensity making it easier to observe). Using platinum or stainless steel electrodes, hydrogen gas will be seen to bubble up at the cathode, and oxygen will bubble at the anode. If other metals are used as the anode, there is a chance that the oxygen will react with the anode instead of being

released as a gas. For example, using iron electrodes in a sodium chloride solution electrolyte, iron oxide will be produced at the anode, which will react to form iron hydroxide. When producing large quantities of hydrogen, this can significantly contaminate the electrolytic cell -

which is why iron is not used for commercial electrolysis.

Explosive Stuff!

We'll learn more about the Water4Gas Electrolyzer in Day 4 of this course. But here's just a little demonstration of the power of electrolysis - it produces a very combustible gas, as demonstrated

in the video below. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. The plastic bottle in the video has been filled with gas produced from WATER, by simple

electrolysis:

Is it possible to generate Free Energy in my truck/car?

Absolutely!!! But how?

Miracles? No, no, no.

You generate free energy by ENHANCING the EFFICIENCY of your poorly designed

engine!!!

Here's the PROBLEM: Your engine uses 20% of the energy stored in that expensive fuel - a
nd WASTES 80% for heat, pollution (unburned fuel!) and vibration.

SOLUTION:
You can and should reduce waste with Water4Gas technology = "free energy" for you!

There's more to it. Read on...u generate free energy by ENHANCING the EFFICIENCY of your poorly designed engine!!!

Here's another look at the same issue...one elderly man left me an angry and confused message that said something like this: "My high-school teacher said you cannot get more energy out of hydrogen to pay for the energy you have put in!?" And he added that if I don't give him an explanation within two days, he's going to report me, as fraud, to the Federal Government... My answer was:

Your teacher may have been correct. I don't know. This is NOT what we are doing here with Water4Gas. We do NOT try to drive our cars on Hydrogen energy. We just take EXCESS energy out of the car's battery or alternator (in other words very low current

that the engine does not feel) and use this electricity to generate a very small amount of Hydrogen per minute. What that Hydrogen does is help split the gasoline/air mixture droplets into a finer mist - thus helping it burn more efficiently and more completely.

Now HOW do we do it? This is explained in my books and on this website as well. Water is being split into Hydrogen and Oxygen with a simple home-made device, and fed into the UNCONVERTED engine (same gasoline system, same computer, etc.) It's just a BOOSTER. The car does not run on Hydrogen. The car runs on gasoline!!!

In other words: the "paradox" comes from misunderstanding: you are looking into Hydrogen as a source of energy. But Water4Gas is NOT about hydrogen as a source of energy. It is about burning gasoline a little bit better by reducing its droplet size in the gasoline/air mixture with the help of a SMALL

amount of Hydrogen+Oxygen.

So again, Water4Gas is a technology based on splitting water (electrolysis) on board a vehicle, and using the resulting Hydrogen and Oxygen gases. However, we do NOT use them to drive the vehicle - but only to boost the efficiency of its FUEL combustion. 100% water cars are not in our scope of activity.

Water4Gas is a Do-It-Yourself technology, specifically designed for beginners with no special tools and very limited budgets. A complete working system can be built at home with basic hand tools for $20-$100, installed in minutes and removed in seconds.

No modifications to the engine, computer or fuel injection systems, therefore any backyard mechanic can install it easily.

What can be called "water-fuel technology" is very old - over 91 years! All we've done is raise it from the dead and develop a simple structure based on low cost hardware. Although there is a

large number of hydrogen generating (Electrolyzers) designs out there, ours is the simplest and also the safest for the beginner. The electrolyzer, bubbler and water reservoir have all been combined into one super-simple device.

Another technological advantage is the employment of coiled/spiraled electrode WIRES - rather than flat plates or spiraled plates. The magnetic vortex created by the coil assists water splitting, so we don't need as much power from the car's electrical system, thus simplifying the system even further and lowering its cost.

Three major factors work together to cause water splitting: direct current flowing through the electrode wires to the water, the magnetic vortex created by the shape of the electrodes, and the vacuum provided by the engine itself.

In a nutshell, the effects of Water4Gas technology is lowered emissions and improved mileage, thanks to a MORE COMPLETE COMBUSTION. Today's internal combustion engines suffer from poor efficiency of 20%-25%, as any mechanic will tell you; 75%-80% of the gasoline,

instead of being converted to forward motion, is instead converted to pollution and carbon deposits (unburned fuel), as well as heat (global warming), vibration and noise.

THE MAIN PROBLEM IS OVERSIZED FUEL DROPLETS IN THE MIXTURE. The Hydrogen, being the smallest particle in nature, hits a droplet, cuts it into smaller droplets and attaches itself to the smaller droplets. Now the finer, hydrogen-enhanced gasoline mist, is capable of burning more thoroughly.

Water4Gas technology is not capable of running a car on water alone. Our aim is not to replace gasoline but to enhance it - and open the door and the mind to the possibilities of water-fuel technology. With correct fine tuning we can double a vehicle's mileage, rendering a new energy balance: half gasoline, half water. Very little water is used, in an economy car it's around 2700 miles per gallon of distilled water, together with 4-6 teaspoons of household baking soda as catalyst. We have demonstrated how the fuel

consumption of a generator can also be cut in half.

Not all cars, loads and driving conditions will gain the same, obviously. For ethical reasons we do not build up expectations for more than 10%-50% improvement in fuel economy, however we are getting daily success stories from experimenters who are seeing gains of 80%-100% in various vehicles. For some, significant economy gains inflict a revelation that something can be done about it, while for others it's a life changing factor.

Splitting Water for fun & profit

Water4Gas sells books that teach EVERYTHING about the technology and how to manufacture it, and we're also sponsoring a free marketplace where sellers and buyers of actual systems can find each other and trade without

interference and without any fees paid to Water4Gas. Like in the golden Age of Greece: no police, no tax, very little government.

At the time of writing (January 2008) we have more than 9000 satisfied customers, over 600 registered independent manufacturers/installers, and a large number of affiliates promoting us all over the world. In fact 85% of our sales occur via affiliates, and more are joining due to the generous 50% commission rate and the skyrocketing popularity of the product, the friendly technology and our no-secrets policy.

The way businessmen and marketers from all over the world see it, Water4Gas is like a franchise that's almost too cheap to be believable.

If and when they cross the belief level barrier, they join and stay with us.

All in all, Water4Gas has become a buzzword for practicality and affordability. Our policy is to guide the readers toward a mindset of an experimenter rather than a robotic driver that takes things for granted. We teach them that something can be done about gas prices, pollution and global warming, and they gladly take an active role and help us spread the word.

At the time of writing the technology is only for gasoline and diesel cars and trucks. However many of our experimenters are working on adaptations to propane/LPG/CNG propelled vehicles, as well as boats and other applications such as stationary generators.

We're getting daily requests from business people around the world, as well as inventors inspired by our success, requesting that we work with them to advance their goals and purposes. We help as much as we can, including bridging the gap between investors and inventors, as well as between inventors/developers seeking to complement their technologies with supporting ones (such as a bridge we've created between a British fuel cell and an American pure-hydrogen generator).

Thus Water4Gas has emerged and evolved in one year from a small home-based business to become a global junction for water-fuel technologies, inspiration and leadership.

Tomorrow we'll start looking into the technicalities of Water4Gas technology: how can we create a SIMPLE and even more importantly AFFORDABLE system to do Electrolysis and "free
energy" effects in a modern vehicle.
